Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the return shipping label to the outside.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receipt.
